By accessing or using our services at scribcv, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
scribcv provides users with access to a collection of resources, including various tools for creating ATS-friendly resumes, generating PDFs, and utilizing AI-driven optimization features (the "Service").
3. Subscription & Billing
Premium features are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Tier"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring periodic basis in accordance to your selection at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
5. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% ATS compliance, we do not guarantee job placements as a result of using our tools.
